All forms were cut with computer controlled water jet to +/- .008.   Spacing is1" at stem, increasing to 6", 12" and finally 18"

Forms are aligned with 2" tubing through 6 water jet cut alignment holes, then blocked with 4 x 4's.

Outer hulls flatten into planing surfaces while center hull blends into tunnel.
